Senior Portrait Photos:

Family & Child Portraits:
Mother and baby, the whole family or just the kids in your portraits. We can handle it all. Whether you’re looking for straightforward family portraits, or edgy images to set you apart from the mall crowd, we can make it happen.
Wedding & Event Photography:
Wedding and event photography has changed over the years. Our coverage is in the photojournalism style. Briefly, this is where the events, emotions and happening of the big day are recorded, documentary style, with little interaction from the subjects in the photos. Candid shots, tears, laughter, are all captured, along with those little details that are often overlooked. Formal portraits are kept to a minimum and are usually handled quickly so as not to break the rhythm of the big day and turn it into a photo shoot instead of a celebration.
Glamour Portraits:
Our studio is set up for glamour portrait shooting also. We have worked with many established and new models on building their photography portfolios. Comfort is the key, and it’s up to you how far you want to go or how edgy or wild you want to get in the photos. We have music, lights, cameras, all we need is Action! Can you bring it? Friends or chaperones are welcome to sit in on the photo session.
Sports Photography:
Yes, we know: Uncle Herb’s got a digital camera and his pictures of Johnny at soccer, karate and little league are good. But do the shots look like the dynamic action stopping images you see in the newspapers and on the magazine covers?
Michael G has an extensive background in sports photography covering action from surfing to soccer, international level rugby as well as extreme sports such as BMX and inline skating. We can get you the ‘cover shot’ at your child’s event – one that will blow up to 20 x 30” to hang on their bedroom wall.
Photographic Equipment:
We use professional grade Canon EOS digital cameras. The camera is ultimately a little box that catches the light. Ours are very sturdy little boxes with lots of features, but boxes nonetheless. The key is the glass in front of the camera. All our lenses are professional Canon ‘L’ series lenses. We use Lexar Professional memory cards and Windows and Macintosh based computer systems.
Studio lighting is provided by Hensel. These German built lights are solid and reliable and are the choice of many top fashion and commercial photographers around the world. Our lights are complemented by a wide array of modifiers such as large and small softboxes and reflectors to create any look you want.
Digital Editing and Retouching of Photos:
We use the current version of Adobe Photoshop® for image editing. Removal of blemishes, wrinkles, red-eye and realistic skin smoothing and many other forms of digital manipulation are available.
We provide restoration services for damaged or faded photographs or documents.
